Hello I'm Diocelina and I am 41 years old. I have 12 years of experience in cleaning small, and big houses including: fridges, changing bed sheets, windows, base board, appliances, doors, microwave, kitchen, folding clothes, oven, laundry, and iron. Diocelinas service was alright at best. She came early, alone at first to estimate how much work was needed and then came back and brought 2 family members to help her. She did not communicate with me the added employers. I estimated the time i had to clear out the last room of stuff but with added labor it went by so fast to the point i had to just throw things on the porch to give them room to clean which was incredibly frustrating and stressful.
After she was done i had to point out a few very obvious areas she missed. When i brought up the freezer was still dirty, she came at me with a very nasty attitude and then realized her siblings did not clean it.
Toilet and oven were also skipped in the 2hr/ $300 cleaning service.
I actually had to go back on her work and clean things she could not clean because she came unprepared. Left the trash bags on the porch also.


Diocelina is a wonderful housekeeper. I hired her to deep clean my house and she did a perfect job.  She was efficient and effective and she provided great customer service. I have now hired her as my regular housekeeper. I am happy to have her!

Diocelina was great! She was very responsive and was able to fit me in very quickly. The cleaning was quick and very thorough I could not recommend her enough and will be using her services in the future. 

No call no show!! Diocelina agreed to come assess my place on 6/21 after 4 pm to see what needed to be done on 6/22 @ 9am. NO CALL NO SHOW on either day. 

Outstanding job, hardly recognized the place when she was finished.

Diocelina has done an amazing job organizing my clothes and takes care of laundry like a pro. She's prompt, a fast worker and puts up with my nosy dog. Thanks for being such a great helper!

We chose to interview Diocelina based on her bio, which listed her hourly rate. During our interview I was told that she does not go by her hourly rate. I wasn't happy about that but  we agreed on a set price for her service. After she cleaned our house, she asked for a different amount.  Please be aware that she is not honest about what she is offering in her bio and what her rates are.

She did a thorough job. Very courteous. I would hire her again.

Be aware of this person. She lied twice during the interview. She also said she will come at 1 pm and my family waiting for her. She did NOT show up. She didn't call to cancel or to reschedule.
