Dina is absolutely phenomenal and any family would be incredibly lucky to have her as a caretaker. My daughters (5&2) both adored her immediately and she did so well with them. She was calm while still providing direction for them and maintained great control of all situations. She was always punctual and provided transportation for our oldest to and from school. Her communication was wonderful and she was very flexible depending on our needs (while always providing consistent care to our babies). She also took on cleaning without having to be asked. She was very active with our daughters, doing crafts consistently, reading, playing and providing great moments for them. She was such a wonderful addition to our home and will be so missed. We only parted ways due to changes in our needs.
