I'm not really good at describing myself, I believe it is the people around you who are more fit for that task. I know that it takes a village to raise children. My innate nurturing nature makes me care for children and their development. I'm looking for a job that would be in direct partnership with the parents. I want to built a trusted and uplifting relationship with the families I work with. I've been caring for kids a longtime, but I've only been doing it as a job for less than a year. I enjoy hosting lunches and dinners at my house. I love cooking, good company and overall caring for people. One thing you should know about me is that I do not believe in Gentle parenting. I would always inquire with parents, prior to any sitting, regarding ways they handle issues and tantrums, and how, if any, do they discipline their children. But, I would rather be hired by a family who believe in structure for the development of their children than one who free ranges their children.
