Dina came to help take care of a friend with ALS. Needless to say, not easy and things just get more complicated at times. Dina has always kept a positive, friendly attitude and calm demeanor that helps reassure my friend that she's in good hands. Dina has great communication skills and very attentive to the persons needs. She has done a wonderful job communicating with us and asking questions as the situation changes. She is reliable and very helpful when possible to help cover other shifts as life happens. I am thankful Dina was recommended to us & she was available. We have peace of mind when she's taking care of my friend.
