About Dillon

Hi, I'm Dillon. I have hands-on experience working with kids through both childcare and coaching, and I genuinely enjoy being around them. I worked as a Child Care Worker with School District 27J, where I supervised and engaged K-5 students in daily routines and structured activities while helping maintain a safe and positive environment. I also have experience as a math tutor, working one-on-one with elementary and middle school students and adapting my approach to help each kid build confidence and understanding. In addition, I've coached youth flag football and assisted with youth soccer, which has helped me develop patience, leadership, and the ability to work with different personalities and energy levels. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and have completed multiple child safety and development trainings, including injury prevention and emergency preparedness.
