About Dillan

Hi! My name is Dillan and I am 27 years old. I have been working in childcare for over 11 years. I started in my teens, starting when I babysat for my family but I completely fell in love with childcare when I took child development in high school, getting work to at the daycare onsite at my highschool. Over the years I transferred those skills into nannying, afterschool programs and more daycares positions working with children of all ages from as little as 6 months old to 12 years old. I am also CPR certified as well as First Aid certified! I am a fun, creative individual with a high passionate about children and childcare, thriving to make the future brighter and happier.
