Dilcia is an amazing nanny. She cared for my 3 kids for 8 years from newborn to kindergarten. She kept them active at playdates with other children, helping then to grow socially. She helped them be strong and active through regular visits to playgrounds and park; and academically through trips to the museum and library. She developed deep and loving connections with each kid individually. She consistently made great judgements. She was a great employee, always on time and respectful and we ate now dear friends. From my daughter Stephanie: i love Dilcia!!she is loving and caring and always made me laugh!! i miss her so much.
