About Diem

Hello, my name is Diem ( pronounced, Yim). I am a wife and a mother of 3 amazing kids and a grandma to 3 beautiful grandbabies. I also have 3 adorable dogs, a 8-year-old Chihuahua mixed with Jack Russell, a 3-year-old and a 6-month-old Czech Shepherd. I have experience in caregiving across various age groups and needs, individuals with disabilities, elderly, and children. I provide compassionate, patient, and individualized care, ensuring the well-being and comfort of those I support. My work experiences involve assisting with daily activities such as cleaning, laundry, running errands, preparing meals, dispensing and monitoring medication, charting, taking vitals, assisting with bathroom requests, showers, bed baths, overnight shift, support care for cancer, stroke, dementia, bedridden clients, and hospice care. When caring for others, my number one priority is creating a safe space and an emotional support for the client!
