I currently work at a adult autism day program & have drawn a deep love for special need individuals & the people who work with them in true care to strengthen and encourage their own abilities to be heightened and not ever feel limited in any sense while assuring their safety. I am qualified for this job because I invest time and effort into building individuals to where it's near impossbile for them to fall.
