I strive to support families by offering a safe and comforting environment for their loved ones. I understand the importance of clear and respectful communication. I provide families with regular updates on their loved one's condition, daily activities, and any changes I observe, always adhering to their preferred communication methods. Respecting a client's independence is also very important to me. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I am CPR and First Aid certified. My goal is to bring dignity, safety, and peace to those I care for, and I look forward to the opportunity to connect with your family.
