They were friends, so I work at the one house three days a week, and the other two days a week. I have also worked for a family every Saturday cleaning their home for many years. I love to clean, and organize. I find it to be a challenge.

We have hired Dianne for the foreseeable future as a house manager. She's very solid and steady, a better cook than I am, great with the kids, amazing at folding and organizing. We are also paying her through Care.com as a W-2 so unlike some people we interviewed, she didn't have a problem with doing things the right way. I would absolutely recommend hiring her to anyone looking for the kind of help only a proper grown-up can provide. Just please wait until we don't need her anymore, hehe.
