I'd describe my personality as friendly, calm, patient. I love working with babies because that is my area of expertise. I retired after 43 years as an RN in Neonatal Intenseive Care and Pediatrics. I've also raised my own 2 children, and helped with my 5 grandchildren. I'm looking for a job that is part-time during the week that will help me to share my knowledge of children. I can provide parents with loving care of their child. I started working with children, as an RN, in 1981. I worked in Pediatrics for 23 years, and Neonatal Intensive Care for 20 years. One thing you should know about me is that I'm an extremely careful person, following parents' wishes, while sharing my knowledge. My skills include considering a child's unique needs, much knowledge related to infant care, and flexibility in adapting to any special needs of a child. I've had one past nanny job recently, lasting 7 months, for a newborn awaiting daycare.
