I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors, building connections by understanding their unique preferences and history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I provide respite care, errands/shopping, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and always follow your preferred method. I also have current CPR and First Aid certifications. Knowing I can bring comfort and support to your family is what truly matters to me.
