20 years in senior care have taught me the profound value of compassion. My passion lies in supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors, making a positive impact on their lives and providing reliable care for their families. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I follow each family's preferred communication method to keep them informed about their loved one's well-being. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when building a connection with a care recipient. As a home health aide, I assist with daily living tasks, respite care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I also provide hospice services. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with ease. I have a high school degree, a car, and I am comfortable with pets.
