About Diane

As a career nanny and mother of two, I am passionate about infant and toddler care and feel privileged to spend my days with little ones. After leaving a 7-year tech role and pivoting to a career that brings me joy, I take great pride in bringing loving enthusiasm, engaged play, and thoughtful daily routines into the homes of wonderful Santa Barbara families. I aim to be the highly experienced caregiver who not only helps your baby thrive, but who also instills confidence and trust in the parents I work with through excellent communication and collaboration. I've spent the last 3 years working exclusively with infant and toddler sets of 2 (twins, nanny share, and bringing my own daughter). The bonding and social play that takes place in this dynamic is incredibly rewarding for me, the families, and of course the two little best friends! With this in mind, an ideal-fit family would be one that welcomes my 4-month-old son (born in December) as part of the care arrangement.
