I only gave Diane five stars because there isn't a sixth one. She came today to clean my apartment. She came in focused to the job at hand and jumped right to work, and I mean jumped. She knows what and how to do it . I let her to decide how she chose to progress and she covered everything from the floors to the ceiling, swiftered the walls, cleaned the blinds, the bathrooms, vacuumed and even ran the carpet shampooer for me. She was pleasant, friendly, very approachable, and definitely had the experience to be the housekeeper of your dreams. I don't know if she can fly, but it wouldn't surprise me.
