I am certified as a personal trainer and have a specialty in senior fitness . I have worked with seniors for 7 years at a golf club and I loved it! I now teach senior fitness classes part time at a community center I love to listen to and partner with others to bring out the best in them. It doesn't matter what age we are, we always have something to offer in life. I am also a cosmetologist of 30 years, previously owning my own salon. I have a lot of experience with children too. I homeschooled my own and I have 7 grandchildren. I have worked with 3 families with young children. Homeschooling for 2 of them and family assistant for one. I am open to helping on a part time basis.
