About Diane

Hi, my name is Diane, and I was a nanny to a child from the age of 3 months until his family moved to Arizona at 4 years of age. This included meal prep, grocery shopping, laundry, and taking the child to activities and family gatherings, including air travel to the family's winter home in Arizona. I began my professional life as a pianist and composer, I also was a Financial Analyst for a large corporation. I have two sons, now grown. One is a manager for a local company in the finance field, and my the otherh is a Senior Engineer , and resides in Portland, Oregon. I personally raised them in a rather laid back style, with an emphasis on mutual respect. I am a very calm person, and have a calming effect on people. I do not frazzle easily. I believe in a gentle, but firm approach, always respecting the child as they go about their day. I truly love kids. They bring me joy. I love learning about what their world is like. I am seeking that special fit with another family.
