My motivation stems from a genuine passion for supporting adults' and seniors' well-being and independence, coupled with positive experiences in previous care roles. I hold a college degree and am CPR and First Aid certified. I am compassionate, friendly, and detail-oriented. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation, and offer mobility assistance. I also have experience with dementia care, medical management, and physical activities. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience, I communicate with families through written reports, text, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. Understanding a care recipient's preferences and history is essential to me. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I am currently caring one of the stroke patients .
