I am currently enrolled in the Masters of International Affairs program at Columbia University, having previously obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Fordham University. For nearly six years, I have gained experience in babysitting and tutoring while balancing my studies and internships. As a freshman in college in 2016, I served as a teacher's assistant and afterschool tutor for a 2nd grade class at an elementary school in Midtown, which led me to pursue babysitting and tutoring part-time. Since then, I have provided care for children ranging in age from 6 months old to 13 years old, with my most recent consistent positions involving tutoring a 7th-grade student with learning disabilities and babysitting an 8-year-old with occasional homework assistance. I am currently contracted with Care. com as a backup babysitter. Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance. Otherwise, I would still be paid for the designated hours. Also minimum is 5 hours.
