Hello I have worked as a custodian for a school I also have been a care giver house keeper for 25 years. I use what products you want me to use or you can buy the cleaners. I have carpet cleaner and vacuum cleaner. I do laundry as well. I do house keeping to. Remember I'm a care giver as well that's a separate pay. I do house sitting no yard work. I don't smoke nor drink nor do I do drugs of any kind. I'm dependable and depending on the job and the distance and hours. My rate is 18$ to $35 an hour.
