Making a difference in people's lives is what I'm all about. For the past six years, I've been dedicated to providing compassionate senior care, focusing on supporting well-being and independence. I assist with various needs, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I'm also experienced in providing hospice services, dementia care, and encouraging physical activity. My approach is rooted in patience, empathy, and understanding. I prioritize building connections by learning about each individual's preferences and history. I am skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and managing confusion or agitation. I always follow the family's preferred communication method to keep them informed. With some college education, and I am well-prepared to handle a variety of situations. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
