About Diane

This will be a lengthy review since this very trustworthy, capable, conscientious, and compassionate individual has been a part of our family now for about a year and a half and basically has been adopted into the family. Diane provided care to my post-stroke mother in various settings. At home: Assisted with many personal care duties; dressing, shoes, hygiene, etc. Getting in and out of bed, made meals, light housekeeping, etc. At assisted living, skilled nursing, Encompass rehab, and multiple hospitalizations: Diane visited mom to offer comfort and companionship even when mother was being cranky and difficult. One more huge area to convey, the last week of mother's life, Diane and another caregiver (with limited assisted from Hospice) each took on 12 hour shifts so that we all could provide the ultimate gift to mom, being home with family and friends when she passed. Mom was completely bedridden, totally incontinent, the skin ulcers had developed. She was conscious the first 2 days and new she was home with her husband and family. Afterwards, mom declined and Diane and the other caregiver, handled all of mother's needs with much dignity and respect till her last breath. Our family feels very blessed to have met Diane. She has truly made a difference in our lives and we will continue to have her provide personal services to our father for as long as she can.
