I hold a Red Cross Pet First Aid Course certification and have specialized experience caring for senior pets. My approach centers on consistent routines, positive reinforcement, and strict adherence to dietary needs or medication schedules. I remain calm during emergencies, ensuring I have your vet's information ready and communicating with you immediately. I take great pride in my punctuality and responsible nature.
