From the very beginning, Diana demonstrated a natural ability to nurture and connect with M. Diana has been a wonderful nanny for our son C., helping him grow from a newborn at 4 months to an advanced toddler at 16 months. Her methods of teaching him things that she’s crafted based on her decades of experience have worked like magic to get him walking, running, communicating, and dancing! Anyone would be lucky to have Diana care for their newborn or toddler. There are not many nannies in the world who have her level of experience and care for children!

Diana is an incredible nanny. She has cared for our son like her own grandson, loving him, teaching him valuable developmental skills, and creating a fun daily experience for him where he can follow his schedule but still get outside, go for walks, and play games. You can see her several years of experience in how she carefully responds to his needs, when he is hungry, needs to nap, or why he may be upset. We are only moving on from her because we have family moving into the area that is in need of a job while they finish their schooling. Flexible with us in the hours we needed for her to work, and that made the transition going back to work much easier. Very involved with our son with activities, engaging in conversation, and making sure he was well taken care of. Made sure my husband and I were updated throughout the day with pictures and everything our son was doing.  Loved our dogs which meant a lot. Made a craft for a keepsake for our son which we loved.  Thankful for her and the part she played in helping our son grow. 

Diana became our nanny initially for our oldest child when he was 2 months old. He’d spent some time in the NICU, so I was quite concerned about finding a nanny who had experience with first-born delicate infants who required extra care. Diana made us feel completely comfortable right away. Her experience, and guidance with all of my questions throughout her tenure, gave me so much confidence as a first-time mom. 

Then came along our second son when our first was about 1.5 years old. We asked Diana if she would like to stay. Diana was ecstatic at the proposition. Diana's the kind of nanny who not only gets right in and does her job well, but also becomes family. She and our first were inseparable. Knowing that she would stay with our family with baby 2 was a great relief and blessing to us. 

She’s very creative and diligent with activities for children, and every day they were engaged. They went on nature walks and brought back a plethora of sticks, leaves, and cones for their arts and crafts projects. They painted pictures, read books, and enjoyed the zoo in downtown Indy where we lived at the time. They loved music and silly dancing. Our first-born still asks to listen to “Dance Monkey” that he and Diana would dance to when he began to walk, and it has become a favorite of his younger brother’s too. It was a wonderful experience to see the three of them bonding. Diana also takes a lot of photos daily, and for the social media savvy and those comfortable with sharing photos online (she asks permission before initially sharing which I thoroughly appreciated,) she will share and tag for friends and family to also enjoy the precious memories. She continues to repost and tag when they come up in the “on this day” memories function which is a delight for us to enjoy again. 

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a perfect fit that will quickly grow to feel like family. Diana is exceptionally easy to talk to, and she always communicated with us what our kids would be doing each day. Our boys have moved on to school. So, sadly she is no longer full-time with us, but she is still our go-to for babysitting if we’re lucky enough that she is available.  

On a personal note, Diana has remained a dear friend, confidant, and advisor beyond her time with us. If you’re fortunate enough that she is available, rest assured that you’d be making an excellent choice in her. 

Diana is  a wonderful nanny with our newborn son. We have a unique situation, and she has been able to accommodate our schedule without any issues. 
The amount of love and her interaction with our baby is exactly what we were looking for.

We hired Diana to care for our newborn daughter starting in October; however, my fiancé was on maternity leave through the end of December, so her services were not needed in full until January. Nonetheless, we paid her as if she were full time to ensure she had a paycheck. She watched our daughter 10-15 times during that period, usually with one of us present. 

On her first day of scheduled work (on my fiancé's return to full time employment on Jan 9th), she did not show, and we were unable to contact her. Over 2 hours after she was scheduled to be at our apartment, we received a Facebook message that she had overslept. In the meantime, we were in a panic trying to arrange childcare, as I was in Chicago for work and my fiancé had to go to work at the hospital.  We hired a seasoned nanny (we thought) to avoid this type of unreliability and unprofessionalism.  On Day 2 (Jan 10th), she simply did not show, again.  When we were able to contact her 2.5 hours later (after several unanswered calls and texts), she answered the phone with "what" and informed us that we were not the right fit and she was not interested in watching our baby. 

We are completely disappointed in our experience with Diana, feel taken advantage of financially having paid for Oct, Nov, Dec, and Jan (plus a Christmas bonus) without her actually watching our child, and would strongly discourage any family that cares for the well-being of their children from using her services. We have had one of the most stressful weeks of our adult lives as a direct consequence of Diana's actions, for which there appears to be no remorse.  Lastly, we found it incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional how she talked about her former employers.We hired Diana to care for our newborn daughter starting in October; however, my fiancé was on maternity leave through the end of December, so her services were not needed in full until January. From the very beginning Diana has been exemplary. She is always on time (always early actually!) and always comes with a positive attitude and is ready to work.
Everyday she brings a happy, positive attitude and she is always ready to play with the baby. She is passionate about her job and it reflects in her care towards our baby. Our daughter was comfortable with her from the first day. 
 
Our favorite thing about Diana is that she not only plays with our baby, but is teaching her skills. Diana works with her on language, recognizing objects, learning to walk, learning to climb and dismount safely, and teaching her words. Even though every house is different, Diana is able to navigate the different tools, and was able to help our baby with baby-led weaning. We are so grateful we got to know her and she will always be part of our family. I highly recommend Diana as a nanny!!

Diana is a wonderful, kind babysitter. She is so patient and calm with my 7 and 4 year old children, even if they aren't with her! She is always on time and extremely reliable. We hope to continue our relationship with her for a long time!

Diana is the pinnacle of our nanny expectations. She communicated well on her availability and worked with us to find the right schedule for interim care between return to work and daycare. Our 4 month old son had her undivided attention the entire time she was at the house. She sang, talked, read, played, worked on his fine motor skills, and snuggled him. Diana was a great fit to bring into our family and home.

Diana has been a wonderful help to our family! She's amazing with both our 11 month-old son and our energetic Labradoodle. She's kind, caring, attentive, engaging and makes a concentrated effort to get our son more active and working on his upper body strength. She's also a great communicator - quick to respond to us and keep us updated with our son throughout the day.

Diana is phenomenal.  She is all the things you want in a person taking care of your child.  She was dependable, attentive, and always engaging my son cognitively, socially, and physically.  She made sure he had the appropriate naps during the day, and otherwise made the most of all waking hours.  I never had to worry about my son not being appropriately stimulated.  She wrote detailed reports and sent us pictures and updates of him every day.  Most important of all, and I can't stress this enough, was the sheer amount of love she showed to my son every day.  She truly cared for him, and they bonded so well because of it.  Thank you, Diana!
