Specialty newborn /toddler care. Jobs mostly 1st time parents. It's a very special privilege to be an important part of a child's life. Mutual respect for siblings & parents is very important, along with enough love to hold it all together. My previous baby was born, needing open heart surgery with surgeries during my time with him. Fully vaccinated & first aid trained. Also been through child development classes & graduate of Indiana University in early childhood education. Longterm fulltime positions preferred. Willing to negotiate the configuration of hours to accommodate the family's schedule. Finding the right fit, working together, & and communication between parents AND the nanny IS extremely important to me. When that all comes together, it's a rewarding & absolutely wonderful experience for the parents, the child, and the nanny.
Diana is an exceptional nanny. She provided not only skillful care but also immense love and guidance to M. from his infancy through his toddler years. From the very beginning, Diana demonstrated a natural ability to nurture and connect with M. As an infant, she was attuned to his needs, offering comfort, feeding him with patience, and establishing a consistent and soothing routine. Her understanding of infant development was evident in her engagement with him, from gentle coos and smiles to age-appropriate stimulation that fostered his early sensory and motor skills. As M. transitioned into toddlerhood, Diana's approach evolved seamlessly. She expertly navigated the challenges of this stage with a blend of patience and firm boundaries. Her days with M. were filled with enriching activities that encouraged his curiosity, language development, and social skills. Whether it was through imaginative play, reading stories, or exploring the outdoors, she consistently created a stimulating and safe environment for him to learn and grow. What truly sets Diana apart is the genuine love and affection she always had for M. Their bond was evident in his joyful reactions to her presence and the trust he placed in her. She was a constant source of emotional support, offering comfort during moments of distress and celebrating his milestones with genuine enthusiasm. Her guidance was instrumental in shaping M.'s early development, instilling in him a sense of security and fostering his budding independence. Diana's dedication, skill, and loving nature made an immeasurable positive impact on M.'s life during these crucial early years. She was more than just a caregiver; she was a cherished presence, providing the love and guidance necessary for him to thrive.
