About Diana

Empowering students to reach their full potential is my passion. For the past five years, I have been helping students from elementary through middle school excel in math. I hold a college degree and tailor my approach to each student's unique learning style through varied teaching strategies, such as visual aids, hands-on activities, and practice problems. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to their interests and celebrating every success. Regular communication with parents is essential for building a collaborative environment. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student grasps a concept is the most rewarding part of tutoring. I am comfortable tutoring at your home, a library, or a coffee shop. I also have a car and am comfortable with pets. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I would love to help your student discover a love for learning!
