Diana was responsive & eager to engage with our 5 month old baby girl. We hired her right away because we knew she'd be a good fit! We had been planning on enrolling our daughter into daycare at some point soon, just needed help in the intern until a spot opened up. So she was only with us for about 1 month, but she quickly became an important person in ours (& our daughter's life). It is very obvious that she nannies because she genuinely enjoys nurturing and loving children 1st & foremost. She has been reliable, kind, & communicates well, whenever our weekly schedule needs to adjust for whatever reason ie trips/appointments/etc. She is flexible & always willing to stay a little longer or come a little earlier. Diana was focused on our daughter, but also did light housekeeping related to our baby ie her laundry, bottle washing, etc. She spoke in only Spanish to our daughter, based on my request which was a huge bonus! I can't say enough about how much we love love Diana!
