Based in Mesa, AZ (2022) 1) Oldest of three children and occasional babysitter for relatives' children -Learned how to properly hold an infant -Learned how to change diapers -Got familiarized with feeding schedules -Learned the importance of burping -First experience with potty training 2) Experience with other families' children -Became comfortable driving children safely to their destinations (older) -Provided different activities for children to engage in (older) -Encouraged the development of fine motor skills (infants) -Assisted with feedings and helped independent feeding (infants) 3) Safety is my first priority! When working with infants, I always ensured they did not accidentally ingest anything or get injured on a rough surface. With my older children, I always ensured they were in the car before I was. If I had to load things, I locked the doors to maximize safety.
