Diana just started with us a few days ago and her impact on our family has already been incredibly positive. She has been such a great help and has relieved us in so many ways. She is trustworthy, punctual, professional, reliable and clear in her communication. I really appreciate her responsiveness in her communication. The majority of candidates we've talked to before her often dropped out of conversations out of nowhere instead of simply be straightforward. Diana has been very gentle, empathetic and patient with our 2 year old. She always arrives with a positive attitude, she gives a lot of energy to our child when playing, singing and keeping her stimulated in the right ways. She has also been incredible flexible with our schedules and the type of chores she was willing to help her with. We highly recommend her and we will keep her as a go-to-nanny when needed.
