I met with Diana for a few hours to introduce her to my 2 children. She seemed very nice. We agreed on a schedule for her to start the following week and then she never showed. When I contacted her she told me there was a miscommunication on the start date, and that she had actually changed her mind and was declining to work with us (on the start date). Maybe this really was a miscommunication but i do believe i was pretty clear on the details when we met. In any case, i found her in the end to be unreliable and a poor communicator- maybe she will work out better for another family!
