About Diana

Diana was one of the first people we interviewed after our nanny of one year had to move away. She was calm, warm, and confident. She had been with her previous family for 3 years and had 26 years of experience in the childcare industry. DIana does a fantastic job of caring for my now 1 and 3 year old boys and has been with us for 2 years now. She transitioned beautifully with us when we had our second boy. They LOVE her and ask for her all weekend when she is gone. She does activities with them such as painting, playdough, and water activities. She reads to them all day long and is always willing to play imaginary games with my 3 year old. She cleans up after the kiddos and maintains communication with us throughout the day. It is very nerve wracking to leave your kids 50 hours per week with someone, but DIana made that so easy for us. She is very cognizant of not overstepping boundaries and always asks when in doubt regarding parent preference and discipline. We are very sad that we have to move away!
