About Diana

I am 26 years old, with 4 years of home health/ certified nurse assistant experience. Throughout this time I have worked with hundreds of patients (mostly seniors). I have developed many genuine relationships with my patients, some who were also near the end of life. I have assisted many families, guiding them through their loved one's transition. I am fully aware of how difficult it can be for families to manage this change. I would like to step in and help by providing authentic care for your loved one. I am confident that my knowledge and experience, will help where it is needed. I'd describe my personality as caring, easy going and fun. I like to explore and have meaningful conversations. Seniors have expressed that they sometimes feel lonely, and can admit that they may hesitate to ask for help - due to being independent their whole life. I'd like to provide one on one care to help make things easier, as well as bring light to their lives.
