I like helping bring out the best in children by supporting their confidence, curiosity, and sense of self. I'm comfortable with school-age kids who may experience anxiety or overwhelm, and I respond by slowing things down and helping give big feelings words. I focus on giving kids internal tools to understand and manage what they're feeling. I'm happy to help with homework, learning, or craft projects, and I enjoy offering gentle structure and clear educational paths, not just open-ended exploration. Communication, boundaries, and helping everybody feel capable and heard are very important to me. I take that responsibility seriously-I ask a lot of questions and help kids label situations and feelings. I'm also used to navigating food sensitivities (I'm gluten-free myself). Parents often say they like that their kids feel heard, capable, and supported with me, as well as my professionalism.
