Diana is a very thorough and compassionate person. At the same time, she has become an indispensable member of our family. She is a skilled caregiver, not just in the sense of medical Care but overall care for a patient. She has stayed with my wife in the hospital many many nights because she is paralyzed and Diana watches over her like she's family and defends her and protects her. So the word caregiver is kind of an understatement but she's very good at it and we appreciate her very much. She's been indispensable over the years that we've had her help.

We just wrapped up our need for Diana's services, in one word ... OUTSTANDING!  Really, EVERYTHING we could have asked for in a Caregiver for out parent (diagnosed with terminal brain cancer).  Diana had ALL the typical skills ... punctual, reliable, available, skilled in care-giving, devoted to her job/role, etc.  Where Diana went above and beyond for me was connection she made with the patient as well as the family members.  Our time with Diana was short (3-4 wks), but we bonded with her ... and I believe her with us.
Diana showed up at 7:30am every morning and immediately started "taking care of business" from the previous evening (changing, bathing, make breakfast for our parent ... whatever needed to be done) without our prompting.  Diana sat with our parent, had conversations that were always positive and uplifting.  And, knew when to offer advice based on her knowledge and experience as a care-giving professional.
I've ran out of a space for praise ... but you get it by now!!!

There is not enough room here to write all of the wonderful gifts that Diana will bring to any family that is lucky enough to employ her! Her Care-giving experience is vast. She is very dependable, compassionate beyond measure, loving, and kind. 

I was lucky enough to be able to have Diana care for my 91 yr old Mother who had recently had a significant life change from a stroke. Diana makes the overwhelming seem effortless. She is diligent and very experienced in various medical needs and patient engagement no matter what the cognitive level of patient she is working with. She is always open to new ideas and finding a way to communicate with patients that may find it challenging.

Diana is very proactive and intuitive to the patient as well as the supporting family members and also a pet lover. 

I would 110% recommend her to anyone no matter the situation. She remains a trusted advisor in my life as well as a gift of a friend that understands how challenging Care-giving can be.

My husband was so fortunate to have Diana as his caretaker. She was very professional, punctual, empathetic and compassionate. Diana L worked as my mother's JoAnn primary caregiver from November 2015 until December 2016-looking after someone who had advanced CBD ( Corticobasal Degeneration). A rare, progressive neuro-degenerative disease involving the cerebral cortex and the basal ganglia. It is characterized by marked disorders in movement and cognitive dysfunction and is classified as one of the Parkinson plus syndromes. It was a difficult task, but Diana handled it like the pro that she truly is.

Diana is very compassionate by nature and always positive even during terrible rages of anger that she was subjected to from time to time by my mother JoAnn; she always remained calm and in a state of "constant 7x24 care-giving." During her duration with JoAnn, Diana never missed one day.  She provided her with much-needed companionship and conversation, medication support, food prep, feeding, bathing, assistance with incontinence, light housekeeping, and shopping. I highly recommend Diana for hire!

She is very very likable, hard working, kind, intelligent and all around great (caregiver), who really became a part of our family. We had tried several before Diane that did not work out. Diane stayed with us not only till our Mom passed but then until we finally had to put our Dad in a home. We loved her and she loved our parents. My Mom told her daily. Imagine how happy that made us feel. She's great!!!!

Diana is kind, patient & caring, as well as everything you could want in a caregiver, willing to do virtually anything that is required. She has a stellar work ethic,  & is a joy to have around. I'd love to be able to have her back to help with my client, whose needs are escalating, but, alas, she needs + wants to live where her family is.

Diana is a caring and loving person towards people who are being challenged at the end of their life  journey. You would be very pleased with how much she cares and takes care of your elder with lots of attention. We were very pleased while she took care of my mom for a few months, and my mom loved her, too.
