About Diana

I'd describe my personality as sweet, patient, and outgoing. I like working with kids because it's something that I've always been good at doing and that I'm passionate about. I'm looking for a job that keeps me active, lets me engage with kids, gives me the chance to make a positive difference, and give parents peace of mind knowing their kids are in good hands. I've been working with kids since I was 10. Years later, I began working in a preschool, where I spent a year caring for larger groups of children, which taught me how to stay calm, attentive, and organized under pressure. Something's you should know about me is that I'm very good at communicating with children and parents. I make it a priority to listen, be clear, and build trust. I'm also very empathetic. I'm experienced with diaper changes, feeding, I'm certified in CPR, I'm great at supervising, I'm also a good listener and know how to resolve conflicts calmly, set healthy boundaries, and provide gentle guidance.
