About Dianah

I have about 7 years of caregiving experience, including caring for clients with Parkinson's and dementia. What makes me a great caregiver is how much I genuinely care about the people I work with. My previous client, Julie, had Parkinson's and became like family to me. We exercised and walked daily to help her stay active and maintain her mobility and independence. Caring for her required patience, encouragement, empathy, and understanding, especially when movement took more time. I also have experience with dementia care and understand the importance of patience, reassurance, safety, and companionship. Julie always said caregiving isn't only about experience, but having a good heart. She trusted me completely and preferred having me as her caregiver. Sadly, she passed away, but I remain close with her best friend, Charlotte, who witnessed the care I provided. I'm happy to provide Charlotte as a reference.
