About Diana

Diana agreed to come and pick up children on the first day from their school, canceled 45 minutes prior to when she was supposed to show up. When called on the phone, after being late, did not answer phone or return any text messages. When asked if still interested in the job, still did not reply. Not reliable, not good communication and left us in a bind after agreeing to the terms and conditions of the job as posted. We interviewed her and had hopes, even disregarded the other poor review she has on her profile, but unfortunately, the other reviewer was correct in the lack of dependability and communication.
