Experience: 10 yrs
I'm a compassionate and experienced childcare provider with a genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development. With over 12 years of experience, I've had the privilege of caring for children of various ages, from infants to teens. My patient and friendly nature allows me to connect easily with children, building strong and trusting relationships. Clear and open communication is key to my approach, and I believe in providing regular updates to parents to keep them involved in their child's day. Comfortable enforcing household rules, I maintain a balance between structure and flexibility to ensure a harmonious environment for the children in my care. I hold a bachelor and master degree from FSU and have completed CPR training. I'm also bilingual in English and Spanish. In regards of my career, I have over +3 years of experience as a Teacher for the Blind.

I hired Diana to help my wife after we welcomed our third child. With a newborn at home, my wife was adjusting to life with three kids, and I was navigating a demanding travel schedule for work. We truly needed reliable, high-quality childcare—and Diana delivered. She primarily cared for our 4-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son, both of whom are active and involved in several extracurricular activities. Diana was wonderful with them—always punctual, engaging, and quick to adapt to our family’s routine. She handled homework, managed evening activities, and kept everything running smoothly without missing a beat. Knowing Diana was there gave me real peace of mind during my work trips. It meant so much to know my wife had dependable support and that our kids were in such capable, caring hands.
