Im retired now and looking for a part time job. I am comfortable caring for up to two children across all age groups but my passion is infants. Top priority at that age is to make them feel secure. Beyond that singing, reading, going for walks are all important. I don't believe in Screen Time for that age, but will defer to the parents. I had the privilege of working as a nanny for Diana and her family several years ago, and I still look back on that time with happy memories. Diana was a wonderful mother and an exceptional employer. She trusted me completely with her children, yet gave me support and was available when needed. She was flexible, understanding, and appreciative of the work I did, and she compensated me well. Most importantly, she created a home and family environment where I felt respected, valued, and trusted. I genuinely enjoyed being part of her children’s lives and felt like the work I was doing mattered. Now that she is looking for a nanny position herself, I would be very happy to recommend her. Having been a nanny for her, I know firsthand the importance she placed on quality childcare, trust, communication, and treating a caregiver with respect.
