My background includes providing respite care, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I adapt to changing routines, handle confusion with patience, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. Building connections with care recipients is important to me, and I prioritize respecting their independence. Being patient, compassionate, and friendly allows me to provide the best possible support. I have a car for errands and appointments. Knowing I can make a positive impact each day brings me joy.
