About Diamond

Hello! My name is Diamond. A little bit about my experience working with children... I'm currently 25 years old. Back in 2018. I went on a missions trip to Thailand where I worked in a daycare with toddlers and young children all ranging between the ages of 2-11 years old. I also taught English to Elementary aged children in Thailand. And that sparked my journey in growing a heart towards children. How important, valued and vibrant they are. Now, at 25, I work in a daycare in Midland working with 2-year-olds all day long! It's such an exhausting yet rewarding job. In this job I'm learning about identifying behaviors in children during different developmental stages, learning new, gentle ways to tackle tantrums and defiance, as well as consistency. I find it a huge honor when parents entrust children to my care and I don't take that lightly. Children are precious, must be protected, and truly allowed to grow in safe environments.
