About Dharma

I'd describe my personality as fun, creative, and encouraging. I like tutoring because it brings me joy to know that I've helped someone succeed in something. I'm looking for a job that is flexible, and communicative I started tutoring when I started nannying. I realized that not only am I able to take care of children, but also teach them new things. What I mostly enjoyed teaching my nanny kids was Spanish! With Spanish being my first language, teaching it became fun. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my dog and cook new dishes. One thing you should know about me is I am a full time student at ECU, working towards my bachelor degree in Speech and Hearing sciences. My ultimate goal is to become a bilingual Speech Language Pathologist in pediatrics. My skills include keeping children engaged, encouragement and positive reinforcement, creating a comfortable learning environment.
