About Devotha

My name is Devotha, though most people call me Dee. I'm a proud mother of three children, ranging in age from 9 to 16. I have been a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the past 10 years, with experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, and assisted living facilities. I've also had the privilege of working with patients living with dementia, which has deepened my compassion and understanding of individualized care. Currently, I work as a home health aide. Unlike facility-based roles, working in private homes has given me the opportunity to support clients with a wide variety of needs. In addition to personal care, I assist with tasks like light housekeeping, running errands, grocery shopping, and dishwashing. I am fully comfortable providing total care, including using mobility assistance equipment such as sit-to-stand lifts and Hoyer lifts for clients who are unable to stand independently.
