Hi, I'm Devon! I am a career nanny and household manager with nine years of experience. I have a master's degree in education and a passion for creating a nurturing, enriching environment for children. As a mother myself, I understand the challenge balancing a career and family. I love to help make families' lives a little bit easier by providing children the care they need and helping a household run by taking care of chores, cooking, shopping, etc. I have cared for children newborn-teens, I have extensive knowledge of child development, and value best safety practices. I use a gentle parenting/authoritative approach in caregiving that centers and validates the child, creating a strong bond and respect while facilitating connection based discipline. I keep kids busy with playing outside, readings books, and fun outings!
