About Devon

We feel incredibly lucky to have had Devon caring for our toddler for a year and a half. She truly loves what she does and treated our daughter with the same care and attentiveness as if she were her own. Our daughter absolutely adored her, and it was easy to see why. Devon is patient, warm, engaged, and was very attuned to our daughter’s individual needs and unique personality. Devon is a “just add water” nanny. She fit seamlessly into our family from day one. She quickly learned our daughter’s routines and preferences and made everything feel easy and natural. She consistently went above and beyond, planning creative, play-based activities at home, reading together daily, and getting out into the community for enriching outings to the zoo, aquarium, libraries, and playgrounds on a daily basis. She also cooked meals for our very enthusiastic eater, which we greatly appreciated. Her communication was excellent. She was clear, consistent, and proactive in providing regular updates. Devon was extremely reliable, and on the rare occasions she needed time off, she communicated well in advance. Beyond her professionalism and strong experience, Devon is a truly gifted caregiver and educator with a genuine passion for working with children. She became a deeply trusted part of our family (and we don’t trust many people with our daughter!!). As one of her references told us, any family would be incredibly lucky to have Devon, and we couldn’t agree more. We give her our highest possible recommendation without hesitation.
