About Devon Michelle

I like working with kids because it I've always felt naturally drawn to it. I think my upbeat, youthful personality helps me connect easily with kids, and I genuinely love creating a fun, positive environment for them to grow and thrive. I'm looking for a job where I can build a genuine connection with the kids I'm caring for and be a positive, supportive presence in their daily lives. I started working with kids at a young age, around nine, when my parents had my first sibling. As my family grew to five siblings, I naturally took on the role of the go-to babysitter and gained a lot of hands-on experience caring for children of different ages. From there, I continued building my experience professionally at the YMCA, where I worked as a gymnastics coach, led Mommy and Me classes, and served as a lead camp counselor.
