About Devon

Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is the core of my teaching practice. With 3 years of experience as a Certified teacher, I specialize in tailoring instruction to meet diverse needs through Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504). I believe every child learns best when their unique interests are integrated into their lessons. By breaking complex concepts into manageable steps and celebrating small wins, I help students build the confidence necessary to master Math, English, and Science. I prioritize open communication with families to ensure we remain a collaborative team. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student finally grasps a challenging concept is why I love this work. Whether we meet online or in person, I am dedicated to fostering a supportive environment where your child can truly thrive. I look forward to helping your student discover the joy of learning.
