Devon worked with our family for about nine months, caring for our son from age 4 to 12 months, and we had a very positive experience with her. She was consistently on time and dependable. We especially appreciated the effort she made to keep our son active and engaged, including getting him outside regularly—often taking him to the park or a local café. She handled his meal prep and followed safe baby-led weaning practices. As he transitioned from contact naps to crib naps, she would also occasionally help with additional household tasks. Most importantly, it was clear that Devon genuinely cared about our son. We always felt he was safe, supported, and well cared for in her presence. She communicated with us about anything out of the ordinary during the day and shared photos while we were working.
