About Devon

Unlocking a student's academic potential is my primary passion. I hold a college degree and offer comprehensive support in Math, English, Science, and test preparation for students ranging from elementary school through college, although I have a special passion for sports medicine and anatomy. My teaching philosophy centers on empowering you to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills that ensure long-term success. I assess your unique learning style by utilizing visual aids, hands-on activities, and open dialogue to tailor my methods to your needs. When concepts feel difficult, I break them into manageable steps and connect them to your personal interests to keep you motivated. I believe clear communication fosters the trust necessary for us to reach your goals together. Seeing your confidence grow as you master new skills is the most rewarding part of my work. I look forward to helping you achieve your academic milestones.
