My three years of experience in senior care have solidified my desire to make a positive impact on their lives. I am patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning about their preferences and personal history. I provide respite care, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also assist with errands, shopping, mobility, dementia, and medical management. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I communicate with families using their preferred method, providing regular updates via text, phone, or in person. I have completed some college, and I have current CPR and First Aid certifications.
